How long before I receive my product?
We offer shipping options from USPS First Class Mail to Priority Mail & Priority Express. Depending on the area of the country you live in, you should expect First Class Mail in 4-6 business days, Priority Mail in 3-4 business days, and Priority Mail Express in 1-2 business days.
How do I return my product or receive a refund?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read the Returns and Refund Policy here if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
You may return most unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days from the date the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. Flowers and some other specific products may not be returned for safety reasons.
